- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolute worst customer service. My dog was to be boarded from Thursday to Saturday morning at noon. When we arrived at 12:02 they would not let me have my dog. I understand being late, I am ateacher and parents are late all the time, (kids are like pets, part of the family) but I wont keep your kid 2 extra days and keep them in a kennel! Odessa traffic is crazy and this place, that is supposed to care about your pets, was not going to give up their time for my family member. It was because their computer was shut down already. We even offered to leave the credit card for a Monday transaction so the dog would not have to stay. No way, they kept her. The vet finally spoke to me on the phone and explained to me that his employees have their own life and can't wait around for customers all day.
