- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctors themselves are fine. As for the ladies that work the phones and front desk, they are without a doubt rude, lazy and not in anyway there to help the patient. I called to get an appointment and let them know of a name change and insurance change. The lady told me she could not do anything until I came in and had my insurance card. This lady's name was Grace. I asked to speak to someone else and I was hung up on. The patient is not important to anyone here except maybe the doctor and that is all. The level of patient service was without a doubt the worst I have ever been witness to in my life.May 15, 2017by Kelly Cable
