- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience this morning was absolutely horrible. First thing, the receptionist acted like I ruined her day by needing to be registered. Second, the nurse practitioner acted like I was faking because I wasn't congested and didn't have a runny nose. She asked me real indignantly "Then why are you here?!" Well dang lady, if you'd listen to me I'm trying to tell you why I'm here! I really felt at that point that I should just leave. I was in severe pain, my face was swollen to the point that I couldn't touch my teeth together without pain, and yet I didn't have a runny nose. Geez. I was referred to that particular clinic because other clinics cost $200 and the clinic at WalMart is only $75. Next time I believe I will pay the $200 elsewhere. Oh and as it turned out, I tested positive for Strep, so yeah, I was legitimately sick.February 12, 2017by Samantha Bledsoe
